Replicated from a 17th century rapier made in the German steel capital of Solingen (hence the name - duh). Flex tempered high carbon steel blade, wire wrapped grip, polished stainless swept hilt, black leather scabbard with steel fittings. Comes with a sharp blade. Also available is an antiqued version, a separate blunt/rebated rapier blade that fits in this hilt and gives you a full sharp-or-blunt training weapons system, and a matching Solingen dagger / main gauche.
