A 14 gauge steel sallet with a full-face lifting visor. This was a late version of the sallet, circa 1490-ish to 1515-ish, which gave the wearer improved visibility (when open) over the earlier "jawbone" style visored sallets. Adjustable leather liner and chinstrap. Made by GDFB (Get Dressed For Battle).
