The "Practical" series rapier from Paul Chen/Hanwei. Beautifully crafted and fully funtional for Renaissance historical fencing and training. Blade is well tempered and flexes, but doesn't wobble. Tapered from forte to tip to provide excellent balance and speed. Unsharpened edges and integral button tip for safety. A fantastic rapier, extremely attractive and meant for use. Also available with a shorter 37" blade (43 1/2" overall). Photographs and measurements above are the 43" model. Replacement/spare blades are also available seperately.
