An antique composite/recreation piece by weaponsmith Tom Hyle. The head is a late 18th/early 19th century robust diamond section spear head with etched pamour from Lombok, Indonesia. Shaft is from a strong vintage Asian hardwood bo shaft, butt is a reground antique gaff hook. Original wrongka sheath for the blade had a damaged tip, it's now covered and bound with brass. A very heavy and solid war spear using antique pieces to recreate the style of the originals.
